Grimm Brothers Brewhouse and Tivoli Distributing Company Announce Distribution Agreement

Loveland and Denver, Colorado, February 11, 2013:  Grimm Brothers Brewhouse and Tivoli Distributing Company are pleased to announce a Distribution Agreement.  Effective immediately, Tivoli Distributing will handle all sales and distribution of Grimm Brothers products in the Greater Denver and Boulder markets.  Because of this partnership, Grimm Brothers customers will see immediate improvements in product ordering, timely delivery, and overall customer service.

Seven Course Couples Dinner

Grimm Brothers Brewhouse invites you to join us for our annual Valentine’s Day Couples Dinner.  It takes place on February 14th at 7:00 pm in our Taproom.

Seven courses  featuring Bleeding Heart, the official Loveland Valentine Beer, and six other craft beers from Grimm Brothers.

Course 1 – Fundevogel – Dortmunder Export
Layered melon and smoked trout with a ginger emulsion.

Course 2 – Little Red Cap – Alt Style
Classic seafood Cioppino with garlic toasts.

Course 3 – Irate Ingrid – Traditional Bock
Lamb shank with parsley orzo risotto and roasted tomato.

Course 4 – Fearless Youth – Munich Dunkel Lager
Mini local beef wellington on wild mushrooms and pea shoots.

Course 5 – Weihnachts Bier – Weizen Bock
Beet and pear napoleons with a Schwarzbier vinaigrette.

Course 6 – Barley Wine 
Cheese plate; Fig, house made herbed cracker and MouCo truffle cheese.

Course 7 – Bleeding Heart – Coffee Porter
Fourteen layer cake with an ancho chocolate ganache.

The Farmer’s Wild Daughter, starts as a traditional style Märzen or Oktoberfest lager.  Then it’s barrel aged 14 months with wild Brettanomyces yeast and the end result is a soft malt palate with a noticeable sour finish.  Hints of caramel notes and light fruity esters will bring out your inner beer geek to enjoy the sharp complex sour finish.  This wild sibling of our well behaved Farmer’s Daughter is sure to raise some eyebrows in the family.

Special Release Beers to Benefit Local Charities

Food Bank For Larimer County and Santa Cops of Larimer County to receive 100% of proceeds from special Christmas cask conditioned beers.

Loveland, Colorado, December 9, 2012:  Grimm Brothers Brewhouse, as part of their Weihnachtsfest German inspired Christmas Celebration, will release special cask conditioned beers during the week of December 10, 2012.   There will be four daily releases.  The entire proceeds from each release will be donated to Food Bank For Larimer County and Santa Cops of Larimer County on an alternating schedule.

The first release is Rose Petal Snow Drop, a Kottbusser Ale, scheduled for Monday, December 10, 2012.  All proceeds from the sale will be donated to Santa Cops of Larimer County.  Other releases during the week will include a Cranberry Porter, a Peppermint Porter, and a Habanero Chili Snow Drop.

Grimm Brothers Brewhouse is also an official donation drop-off point for both Food Bank For Larimer County and Santa Cops of Larimer County.  They have set a daring goal of collecting 1,000lbs of food and 1,000 toys. Donations can be made at their Taproom located at 623 N. Denver Avenue, Loveland, Colorado 80538. They are open from 1pm – 9pm.

Loveland, Colorado, December 3, 2012:  Grimm Brothers Brewhouse will host Weihnachtsfest, a German inspired Christmas Celebration, on Saturday December 15, 2012 at their taproom located at 623 Denver Avenue, Loveland, Colorado 80538 from 11am – 9pm.  A portion of the proceeds from this event will benefit both the Food Bank for Larimer County and Santa Cops of Larimer County.

In addition, throughout the month of December, Grimm Brothers Brewhouse will be an official drop-off location and will be collecting donations for both organizations.  They have set a daring goal of collecting 1,000lbs of food and 1,000 toys.  “We like to emphasize local organizations in our charitable giving programs.  This is the perfect opportunity for Grimm Brothers, our employees, and our generous customers to make a difference where we live and work.”, stated Paul Ferguson, Grimm Brothers Marketing Director.
